Master Valerie Holley

Referee Representative

Master Valerie Holley is a 6th degree black belt and has been practicing since 2003. In addition to her service as the Referee Representative for COSTA, she is a certified WT International Referee (kyorugi and poomsae) and serves as a kyorugi Vice Chair for USA Taekwondo.  Master Holley has been appointed to officiate multiple World Taekwondo events, including the 2025 World Taekwondo Grand Prix Challenge, the World Taekwondo Diamond Games, the 2025 World Championships, and the 2025 WT Under-21 Championships.
